The countries include China, Japan, Eastern Europe, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Middle East, Scandinavia, South America and Spain. Each section has a one-page map of the featured area and gives a few pages of information about the country and its cooking traditions. Also each section has a glossary of cooking terms for each country. Book appears to have not been used but does have some very minor edge wear to cover.
