Monet signed gold tone fan pin accented with three rows of four rhinestones in graduated sizes.  Also tip of handle has one rhinestone.  Fan is delicately made with goldtone wires to form the fan portion.  Measures 2.25" across and 1.75" high.  This beautiful brooch is in excellent condition.
