Menus for Every Day of the Year distributed by the Culinary Arts Institute.  This is number 24 from the famous series of cookbooks by the Culinary Arts Institute.  Printed in 1950.  Entire book lists various menu plans and I believe cross references them to previous books in the series where the recipes can be found.  Full of excellent black and white photos. This 48 page soft cover stapled book has just a little bit of scuffing on spine otherwise great.
