Illustrated cardboard covers with plastic ring binding. Actually two cook books combined into one. The first, Maine Coastal Cooking, is 86 pages of great recipes many handed down for generations of Maine coast families. The back contains the second cookbook, The Accomplished Cook: or, The Art and Mystery of Cookery. It contains 24 pages of recipes back to 1664 in what is now Massachusetts, and even back to England.
Cover has very minor soiling. Pages are clean. In very fine condition.
