Vintage 1940's gold filled brooch adorned with two pear shaped aquamarine stones and 11 smaller rhinestones with one large round stone. All stones are prong set. Very similar style to ones my Grandmother wore. This lovely piece is marked CM with M superimposed over the C and 1/20 12K Gold Filled.
