Q. What Method of Shipping do you use?

A.  We use the US Postal System (USPS).  Shipping on orders within the United States is free.  Books will be mailed via media mail.

International customers please email us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing.

Q. What if I want to ship to someone else as a gift?

A. Simply fill out the Ship to Address for the person you want your item shipped to and the billing address for your address and your item will be shipped to the person in the Ship to Field. 

Q. What if my item is damaged or broken?

A.  Do not return items damaged during shipping to us, as doing so will void the shipping insurance.  Contact us immediately so we can assist you with the claim process.  Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item as the shipping agent will request to examine them.

Q.  Do you accept International orders?


A.  Yes, we do accept international orders.  

    ~ Just email us with your order and we will contact you with the shipping amount. 
    ~  We only accept PayPal and International Postal Money Orders in US funds for 
        the exact amount of your total order.   

Q.  Do you charge sales tax?

A.  We collect 7.75%  on California orders.
