As with most previously owned sewing patterns you can expect them to show signs of normal wear and handling.  Pattern envelope may have tears, writing, wrinkles, folds, stains, discoloration, old price tags and markings or other flaws due to previous ownership.  Patterns themselves are unused unless otherwise noted.  Also of interest when looking for a certain sewing pattern, major pattern companies re-used the same numbers several times.
